Don’t see the wall, don’t give in to the wall, don’t believe in the wall, don’t let the wall own you.

The wall is any obstacle that we see in our path, any limitation we have chosen to believe in, anything we think impossible. When we focus on the problem, we often build it up in our minds.

Whether it’s a stumbling block or a stepping stone is often just a matter of perception. Placing our energy on the solution or alternative paths, we often see new ways. Redefining the problem, seeing it thorough others’ eyes or from the perspective of other cultures can free up our creativity.

Tony Robbins in “Unlimited Power” recommends asking “What is good about this problem?,” an excellent way to force an empowering re-frame.
