The Wall Street Journal reported that on October 16, 2011, 100-year-old Fauja Singh finished the Toronto Waterfront Marathon. While his 8+ hours was well off the winner’s time, his time set records for the 100+ category in eight different distances from 100 meters to 5,000 meters. Singh ran his first marathon at age 89 and in 2003 set a world record in the 90+ category with a time of 5 hours, 40 minutes and 1 second.

This raises the question for all of us: What self imposed limits are we setting on ourselves?
