Whining: To complain needlessly, peevishly, in an unreasonable, repeated, or irritating way
Okay, life can be tough at times, often unfair. Customers can be demanding. Competition seems to require us to raise our game daily but additional resources are rarely available. Fifty hour work weeks seem to be the new norm for most.
So? Sounds like life to me. If it were easy, it would already have been done. If it were not for the challenges, anyone could do the job and probably for less money, or maybe the job wouldn’t exist at all.
Need to vent? Blow off a bit of steam? Need a shoulder to cry on every now and then? I’m there for you, been there myself.
Chronic complainer? Professional pessimist? Walk around in a cloud of gloom? Downbeat is your favorite tune? Zero Tolerance! Attitudes are contagious and “stinking thinking” can drain the energy out of any team if allowed to fester unchecked.
