As a leader, I attempt to mentor, help Team Members grow, find the greatness in them, how to be both efficient AND effective; how to operate from the highest leverage point possible, how to deliver Quality and an outstanding Customer Experience and do without breaking the bank. Much of the challenge lies in teaching that it is not enough to solve the problem right in front of you, you must go on and analyze how and why that problem was created and what is the best way to prevent future occurrences i.e. address the entire system.
Systems Thinking:
