A key trait of entrepreneurs is that they are Self-Directed.
While entrepreneurs may look to many sources for inspiration and guidance, they do not need anyone to tell them what to do or to motivate them. Some would say they are self-disciplined but really it is more that they are hungry, have “fire in belly”. They are driven, enthusiastic, internally galvanized by their dreams, by a burning, urgent need to bring ideas to life. Anyone who assiduously cultivates a positive, can do mind set, takes the time to dwell upon their hopes and dreams and is willing to invest the time, effort and energy in planning a path to their fruition can create the same trait within themselves.
