1. SMILE. Smile BIG, with full-hearted joy and do so often, if for no other reason than it will make you feel good. Emotions follow actions and attitudes are contagious. Smile. You will feel better and so will others around you.
2. Live Smart, Avoid Dumb. Be on your own side, be your own best friend, your most devoted cheerleader. It is amazing how many people choose to sabotage themselves with negative self-talk and repetitive destructive behaviors. You’ve got to learn to love and support yourself before you can truly love and support others. Master your emotions or they will master you.
