“Vivre Sans Temps Mort” is French for “to live without wasted time.” The way we choose to spend our time defines who we are, how our lives will evolve… but how often do we consciously, truly CHOOSE how we spend our time and how often do we simply reflexively respond?

There is a saying that goes “Time flies but the good news is you are the pilot.” Yet too often we give away our power to direct our lives and simply fly along on autopilot. When you make it a priority to make your priorities a priority, when you create a plan for your life, when you journal to reflect on your days and gain perspective and self-awareness, you begin to regain control over time and thus your life and your future. A mega key is knowing that every yes is a no to something else and every yes should move you closer to YOUR ideal life, reflect YOUR priorities, not someone else’s.
