Decisions fall into many categories and it’s important to know the vital distinction between reversible and irreversible decisions.

Many fears are born of weariness. Tomorrow is a new day with new possibilities and new sources of energy. I always sleep on major decisions. My standard answer to being rushed or pushed into a decision is “no.” I may have missed a few opportunities over the decades with this “sleep on it” philosophy, but on the whole there is no doubt that I’ve made many better decisions when I take the time to evaluate the situation fully.

And remember, this sleep on it advice comes from a long-term entrepreneur with a self-proclaimed burning sense of urgency and a bias for action.
