There is a hero inside of all of us. Yes, inside you and yes, inside me. There is a hero dormant within all of us, just waiting to be called forth. For a hero is anyone with noble qualities, anyone who is there for others, who inspires others, someone who stays strong, who finds the strength to stay the course in difficult times, who contributes meaningfully to others, to their community. We may not all be able to be a hero in all things, but we can all be a hero in something and that alone will make the world a better place.

Every day we all have choices: how to live, how to invest our time, how to respond, what to say or not say. We can always choose to be our best selves, to make a positive difference in the lives of others, to always take the high road.
