Your identity, your self-concept, is who you think you are, the story you tell yourself about yourself as well as the standards you hold yourself to. Your behavior is intimately linked to your identity. If you see yourself as a reader, you read. If you see yourself as an exercise nut, then you move your body regularly. If you see yourself as an outdoor person, you get outdoors.

On the flipside, if you see yourself as a goof-off, you goof off.

One attribute that the super successful cultivate is the ability to mold and craft their identity, to believe that they can become the person they need to be to achieve the things they need to do to create the life of their dreams. The ability to sculpt oneself into the person of one’s choosing is one of the most powerful skillsets in the world.

Elevate your identity daily, cultivate it, visualize it, act on it, journal about it, see it, feel it… every day, closer and closer to your best self, more often.
