When was the last time you studied yourself? As in a topic well worth knowing? In Depth?

To avoid squandering the precious gift of life, we must know we are in order to properly set the course forward, to properly plan the path toward to becoming our best selves. Just as a wise sculptor studies her marble before she begins to create her masterpiece so too must we study ourselves.

The journey inward can be an exciting one, certainly always interesting, often fascinating as we unravel the where’s and why’s of our drives, desires, wants and wishes. Some we will cherish and wish to keep. Others we will quickly discard once we haul them forth into the fullness of our awareness.
