Whatever your answer, I assure you that a) you have more than you know and b) you can increase your power over that power. We all know that whatever our physical condition, whatever distance we could run or weight we can lift; IF we put our energy, our time, our heart, soul and mind to it, we could run farther and lift more in 30 days and geometrically more in 6 months. What is true for our physical muscles is equally true for our mental muscles.
Learn your triggers, direct your thoughts upward, let your energy follow and your tendencies will change and new, more empowering habits will emerge and the themes of your life will evolve and grow.
