Your thoughts create your world. Change your mind, change your life. Thoughts held in mind attract in kind. As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. Like attracts like. What you focus on expands. Many sayings, one truth.
Your self-talk, your world view: all determine your emotions, your actions, your body language, and your conversations, which in turn powerfully impact your reality. You never attempt what you do not think will succeed (and even if you do, typically it is a half-hearted effort virtually doomed to failure). Thus the limits of your beliefs represent the limits of your life.
Do you truly realize how powerful your thoughts are? We’ve all heard someone attribute much of their success to someone in their life who believed in them, often in ways far beyond what the person himself or herself believed possible.
It is wonderful to have someone believe in you like that. Why not let it be you? Why not set an example for the world? Believe in your greatness and promptly go to work to turn that dream into daytime reality.
If you remember nothing else, remember the power of your thoughts. Thoughts create your emotions and beliefs. Monitor them, direct them, focus them where you want to go in order to create the life you want to live. Mental muscles are just like just like physical muscles: it takes many repetitions over an extended period of time to create the reality you desire but it can be done. The reward is well worth the investment.
Closing quote:
“If you develop the absolute sense of certainty that powerful beliefs provide, then you can get yourself to accomplish virtually anything, including those things that other people are certain are impossible. All personal breakthroughs begin with a change in beliefs.” — Anthony Robbins; 1960–
