The Words We Use, The Stories We Tell

            We are in large measure the stories we choose to tell ourselves, individually and collectively.  

                   Organizational life is expressed in the stories people tell each other every day and                                                                           the story of the organization is constantly being co-authored. 

                    The words and topics chosen have an impact far beyond just the words themselves.                                           Words and chosen subject matter invoke feelings, responses and call forth worlds of shared meaning.

                          When we choose words and stories that enliven and inspire the best in others,                                                                                                   we find the best in ourselves as well.”
