What you focus on expands, thoughts held in mind attract in kind. Stop managing your time; start managing your focus, your thoughts, and your energy.
Remember! You may be challenged to control the thoughts that come to mind BUT you can control the thoughts that stay in mind. Find affirmations, mantras, and positive distractions that help you direct your mind in ways that serve you, build you, strengthen you, take you toward your goals, fulfill your life plan, and move you forward on your path.
It has been said you are the sum total of the five people you spend the most time with so choose your Life Companions with care. Choose those that add to your energy, support you, reflect back and encourage your best self, cheer and challenge you. Anything less than that holds you back. It is easy to say this or that it is a small thing, but the small things add up incredibly over time.
