Live Life on Purpose
To be happy, life must have meaning, a direction, a focus… but the meaning of life is not a question we get to ask of life but rather one life asks of us. Life will have whatever meaning you choose to give it. Give it nothing and that is what you will get back.
Not sure of what the purpose of your life is? Start paying more attention to the little things that catch your attention, spark your interest, bring a smile to your lips, create a moment of happiness. Find ways to spend more time doing those things. We get so caught up in the momentum of daily life, the whirlwind, chasing social/cultural priorities that all too often those small moments that are clues to our true passions pass by so quickly that we fail to understand or grasp their importance. Journaling is an invaluable way to acquire the level of self-awareness, the invaluable introspection, necessary to live a life on purpose.
Aimless drifting gets you nowhere. Just as a ship needs a rudder, your life needs a purpose.
