Drawing of a human head in profile, with gears inside the brain

We think a lot about physical fitness; seems like there is a gym every 10 blocks. We care about emotional fitness as well; at times it seems that therapy borders on becoming a well-intentioned fad in some circles. However, how much attention do we give to cognitive fitness? A healthy brain is a vital component to living a full life, your best life.

Stay a lifelong learner, push your comfort zone daily, break up your routines, do something different every day, read, read, read, listen to audible in the car, choose topics that will challenge you, that will enlarge your world, speak to strangers, expand your world, make a new friend every month… enlarge your life.

Use it or lose it.
