A pair of hands holding open a book with "what's your story" written inside

The world is complex, and we all seek to make sense of the events and experiences of our lives and we do so by weaving them into a narrative of sorts. These are the stories we tell ourselves about life and, most importantly, about who we are and what we are capable of. These stories are incredibly powerful for they shape our emotions, our responses (few attempt what they do not believe themselves capable of) and our actions. Thus, it behooves you to pay attention to these stories which isn’t always easy because they usually run on automatic, an endless loop of re-runs.

The good news is that YOU are the author, and you can re-write the stories to support your growth into your best self more often. Change your story, change your life.
