A blue background with white text: "Your success is only limited by your own imagination and your hard work."

The unsuccessful sometimes attribute the success of others to good luck. Balderdash! Luck, good and bad, comes to all. As the good book says: ‘Rain falls on the just and the unjust.’ The real difference is that some wouldn’t recognize good luck it if shot off fireworks because it comes hand in hand with hard work or resides just outside their comfort zone.

Luck shows up when proper preparation meets opportunity. Successful folks make their own luck by being willing to do the unglamorous hard work of getting (and staying) ready.
