“Next Action Step?” is my favorite way to end a meeting or conversation. A decision without a plan to implement is just a discussion, a plan without action is just a dream. It is not enough to know or think, we must do; it is movement that creates momentum and brings vision to life. Words alone are but vibrations in the air, it is by your deeds that you are known. Too many times, we fritter away our potential by failing to act.
