It has been said that we are not so much physical beings having a spiritual experience as we are spiritual beings having a physical experience. Please dwell on that thought, move it around in your mind, pause and think about how adopting that perspective would change our approach to life.

If we choose to think of many of our attitudes, beliefs and opinions as a garment that we have chosen to don, it frees us up to choose differently, perhaps, hopefully better and with greater awareness of the impact of our choices.
