Mental muscles are just like physical muscles: they require constant use to stay strong. Fail to utilize them regularly and atrophy sets in. Complacency is the biggest challenge of success. The best stay the best by staying hungry; by refusing to allow their abilities to deteriorate. Their sense of self, their self-image requires that they stay current, that they continue to advance.
