If you want to pass a class in school, you take good notes. Makes sense that if you want to learn the lessons of life, you should take good notes too! Journaling gives perspective, a place to record your dreams and fears, your goals, your action plans, your thoughts, your opportunity to shape and record your ever evolving sense of self. I’ve found it powerful to describe what I expect to feel and experience when I achieve various milestones; it is always fascinating to compare the forecast to the reality.
Journaling is a terrific way to fine tune your predictive intelligence; to hone your ability to set and achieve objectives that reflect what will truly result in your personal contentment; not be led astray by the social media fool’s gold or Hollywood tinsel.
