Rome was not built in a day and many an “overnight” success was decades in the making. We all have the same 24 hours; it is what we do with them that counts. One powerful way to make our hours count the most is focus; consistent, constant focus. The one with the eye fixed most firmly on the prize tends to go the farthest.
It is such an easy thing, a simple thing really: Intelligent repetition. Well-designed routines. Constructive habits. Well thought out plans, built upon deep self-awareness, fine-tuned based upon ongoing feedback.
