“As You Sow, So Shall You Reap” is the Law of the Harvest and of Life. What you put out there is what you get back. What you focus on expands. Thoughts held in mind attract in kind. You can choose your words or actions but not the consequences thereof.
The above is true. However, life is complex, and fate and chance intervene, and things often take a long time to play out and outcomes can be significantly separated in both time and space from inputs. Also, at times, life can seem unfair: the rain falls on both the just and the unjust.
So, there may be days it takes conviction and commitment to continue to keep a positive, solution-oriented, principled, growth-focused, right-minded approach to life. Also, at some point, it may be useful to reevaluate whether the path you’ve chosen is the best one to the mountain top or even if this particular mountain is the one for you. But never, never cease looking for a life, a challenge, a journey, a mountain worthy of your efforts, sufficient to bring out the best in you.
