Folks, there is no mystical key, no hidden secret, no big, concealed trick to success, happiness, or prosperity. Thomas Alva Edison’s famous saying applies in spades: “Genuis is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration.” If there is a magic formula, it is true grit: intelligent persistence, showing up day after day, doing your best, creating written plans for all six major life roles with related action plans and accountability check points, working the plans, committing to being a lifelong learner, honing your EQ and CTS (Emotional Intelligence/Critical Thinking Skills), journaling faithfully to increase your self-awareness… In other words, many, many little things that will eventually compound, snowball, into large things.
