How you end your day can powerfully impact how the next day begins. I endeavor to set aside 15 minutes or so just before bed to still my mind, review the day: was it the day I wanted? Was I effective? Productive? Kind? Did I make a positive difference? Was the world a better place? Was I a better person?
Then I ponder the day to come; what would like I like to create? I find these few minutes some of the most insightful, impactful of my entire day. This habit leverages every moment of every day.
