We create our life by the interpretations we assign to the events of our lives. Far, far more than we realize, this ‘meaning making’, this ‘framing’ of our experiences, the narrative we construct and choose to believe, powerfully opens up or closes off the paths that lie before us.

We never attempt that which we do not believe possible or probable. The person who makes the choice to greet each day joyously will have a far different experience than the one who decides to begin their day with a frown.

Once you fully understand the power of framing, you will never allow negativity to colonize your inner world again.
