You are aging. If you don’t exercise, you will not be as healthy as if you do sweat on occasion. Someone will leave you. You will love someone that doesn’t love you or love you as much. If you do not study, work hard to master a talent or gain a skill, you are unlikely to do well in life. If you are grumpy and critical, you will have fewer friends then if you smile, are pleasant, and do your best to help others. If you eat too much, you will gain weight. Someone you love will die at some point. Someone will be rude to you. Someone will not appreciate you. Something will happen to you that is not fair. You will have to pay taxes.
Did I miss anything? Life can certainly be challenging, life can have its frustrations, its anxious moments, its stresses and problems. There is great peace in accepting that, being okay with it, and moving on to dealing with the issues you wish to deal with and letting the others be water under the bridge.
My peaceful thoughts create my peaceful world. I release all thoughts, feelings, and situations that hurt. I can and will direct my mind forward.
