What do you believe about yourself? Of what do you think you are capable? Who do you see yourself as? How do you see yourself as different from others?
How much of this is “true facts” and how much of it is impressions you’ve absorbed over the years from the world around you? How much of it is “programming” imprinted when you were too young to recognize it as such? And now it runs in the background continuously, unchallenged, un-vetted?
Do your beliefs support you or hinder you? Can you re-frame any of them in ways that are more positive, that will move you forward, empower and strength you?
