So… Relax. Accept that problems are an inevitable, even necessary, part of life. Problems are the way we grow, the process by which we are offered opportunities to improve ourselves and our situation. Often, it is not so much the problems themselves which disturb us but our stubborn, even irrational, insistence that there should be no problems or that the absence of problems is a prerequisite for our happiness. Au contraire! The only folks with no problems are six foot under!
