Intentionally means by choice, by design, deliberately, on purpose, in contrast to accidentally or without thought. We all have the ability to exercise power over ourselves, much more power than we realize because we have habitually frittered that power away. Just as driving a car is a learned skill set, so is mastery over ourselves.

When we learn to control, choose, and direct our thoughts, we will be on the path to mastering our mindset and creating the mental habits that will enable us to be our best selves more consistently. In the final analysis, the two things we have most control over are our Effort and our Attitude. Your mental models, your worldview, your mindset, powerfully effect your energy levels, which impact your attitude and drive your effort level. Your attitude determines which thoughts you allow to stay in mind, which in turn drive your energy levels, your moods, perceptions, and actions.

It is one big internal ecosystem, constantly interacting and YOU have the power to reframe any event, any thought to move you higher or lower. Live Intentionally or live haphazardly. Your life, your choice.
