You would never go a day without feeding your body; why would you let a day pass without feeding your mind? Without going to some source of inspiration to nourish your soul, to nurture your spirit? We are what we repeatedly do, the secret of your future is buried in your daily routine. Make a practice of finding a wellspring of emotional strength to dip into, be it a book, a CD in your car. Even a positive Instagram or Twitter feed will help keep you focused forward and a journal will help you keep perspective and grow in self-awareness.

Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out; you are in large measure the sum of the five people you spend the most time with. Who have you chosen as your life companions? What are your repeated small efforts?
