There are no secrets to success… or to happiness; just stuff you don’t want to do! Particularly over and over and over again! The ‘stuff’ you are avoiding runs the gamut…

Physical: Move! Exercise! Eat Healthy! You are only issued one body, make it last!

Mental: Read stuff that makes you better. Better yet, think about it, apply it!

Emotional: No Stinking Thinking! Get Solution-Orientated! Walk on the Sunny Side of the Street. Cultivate an Attitude of Gratitude and the Habit of Happiness.

Social: Who are you hanging with? You are the sum total of the 5 people you spend the most time with! If they are not lifting you up (and you them!) then they are holding you back.

Spiritual: What is Your Purpose? Your Passion? Do you go to a source of inspiration regularly? Do you have a North Star?

Emotional Intelligence: Who are you? Have you mastered your moods or are they in charge? How self-aware are you? What is your self-concept? Your identity? Your value system? Your goals?  Where did they come from? Do you like them?

Want success? Happiness? Stop looking under the sofa or around the next corner or to your next relationship… start doing the stuff above.
