1. Happiness is a choice: But not always an easy one. It requires that you discipline your mind and decide to walk on the sunny side of the street, for what you focus on expands and thoughts held in mind attract in kind.
  2. This present moment is all there ever is: The past is gone, the future is yet to be. Learn from the past, plan for the future, but LIVE fully in the present.
  3. Everywhere you go, you take you with you: You are the one you’ve been waiting for; you are the CEO of your life, no one can really rescue you long term but you. Your self-concept, your self-talk are all crucial to you becoming your best self. How others treat you is tremendously impacted by how you treat yourself.
