Humiliated, Hurt, Irritated, Nervous
Overwhelmed, Overloaded
Painful, Petrified, Rejected

The words we choose to use shape our thoughts and emotions which in turn guide our actions. While positivity (positive words, thinking, and emotions) is not a cure all, there is not a problem in the world that is made better by negativity, and positivity lifts the spirit and increases creativity and energy.

Thanks to Tony Robbins, Awaken the Giant Within (pp. 217-218) for most of the word pairs above.
