Do you desire happiness? Contentment? Do you want to attract good things and positive, supportive people into your life? Do you want more energy? More joy?
One foundational principle of constructing a life well lived is to cultivate an ‘Attitude of Gratitude’ for gratitude is the great multiplier. Gratitude comes from the Latin word gratus, meaning ‘pleasing’ or ‘thankful’. When you practice mindful gratitude, you initiate a cycle of largesse, of generosity and warmth, kindness and appreciation that inspires reciprocity and attracts others to you. Attitudes are contagious and your openness and bountiful mindset will attract quality folk and opportunity into your circle.
Gratitude is associated with emotional, social, psychological as well as physical well-being and extended life span. Gratitude is a vital currency we each can create without limit to make our worlds better. The best way to turbo-charge every day is to start with a grateful heart and the best way to a restful night’s sleep is to count your blessings at the end of the day.
