“The problem with problems
is that it’s usually not what we think is the problem
that is the entire problem; it’s us too!

We create, amplify and complicate much of life
by our world views, fears and self-imposed limitations.

As the saying goes, ‘Stress is not an event
but an internally created reaction to an event’.

Anytime you think the entire problem is “out there”,
then your thinking is probably part of the problem.

No individual rain drop will take responsibility but still the flood happens.

What are you not facing?

What do you know about yourself that you will not admit to yourself?
Do you have any unspoken rules? Any truths or fears you are not willing to face?
When something does not make sense, it often makes sense in a way we do not want to face.
Listen to the behavior, yours and others.
The cave we fear to enter holds the treasure we seek.

As always, I share what I most want/need to learn. – Nathan S. Collier
