7. Be a Life-Long Learner (3Ls). A person who does not read is no better off than a person who cannot read. Don’t like to read? Listen to CDs in your car, take a night or weekend class, take up a hobby that stretches your brain. Do something—anything—to stay current, to diversify your interests, to be a continuous learner.

8. Celebrate, Praise, Appreciate, Acknowledge (CPA). Let others know how much they mean to you. Reach out, be interested in others, stay connected. Grow in grace. Help others grow and your life will be enriched many times over.
