The most destructive habit you can possibly have is to allow negativity in your life for it has the potential to undermine so many other things. There are many ways negativity can creep into your life:

  • Not believing in yourself
  • Underselling your greatness v. acknowledging your untapped potential
  • Allow your inner critic free rein v. being your own best friend, your own cheerleader
  • Hanging out with “woe is me” people v. inspirational motivators
  • Focusing on problems rather than solutions
  • Pre-failing i.e. giving up before you even start (quitters have a million reasons why they can’t, winners just need one reason why they must)
