Daily questions are an awesome way to focus your energy, to remain on path, to stay true to yourself. Zig Ziglar used to love to use the analogy of sunlight before and after being concentrated by a magnifying glass. Same sunlight, just significantly more powerful once focused. Daily questions focus your energy in the same way that a magnifying glass does the power of light.
Daily questions are highly personal, they relate directly to where you are in life and what you wish to accomplish and become. Below, strictly as a sample, are some of my favorites (For more, see Chapter 10 of ‘Triggers’ by Marshall Goldsmith).
Was I fully engaged today? Did I give my best?
Was I kind?
Did I stay on purpose?
Did I move meaningfully toward my most important goals?
Did I eat healthy? Move my body?
